                    University of Arizona said that if you divide the food into small pieces, this will help you for lose weight more effective.  Psychologist from University of Arizona found interesting findings after his research of animal experiments. In 1989, scientists conducted experiments on rats in a maze. they were given food that is divided into two parts, the whole food weighing 300 grams and the other food that is cut into four parts with each weighing 75 grams. Rats were more like the food in small pieces, not a.solid food and they eat less.
                     Based on the results of this experiment and others, Arizona psychologist suggested this could be the rule (perceptual manipulation) is possible also to human. Then on humans, performed the same experiment to 300 students. Each offered a bagel (whole and the other was divided into four parts).
Twenty minutes later, they offered a free lunch as much. Result, participants who previously ate bagels are divided into four parts, was to eat less at lunch.
                      This is different from that choosing whole Bagel, they can’t control their appetite. so, if you want to lose weight, cut food into small pieces. Diet twice a week helps you lose weight in other a study by scientists from University Hospital of South Manchester found that diet does not have to do every day, just enough twice a week. This is also in order to reduce the risk of breast cancer in women by 40%.

To 100 obese women. They were asked to choose to select one of three diets.

  1. The first group diet of carbohydrates such as potatoes, bread and limited nutritional value of daily meals to 650 calories. This is only done twice a week on other days there is no restriction. 
  2. The second group are also prohibited from carbohydrates, but not limited calories. Volunteers also diet only twice a week.
  3. The third group had to leave fatty foods and alcohol and stay twice a week

The diffence amount of calories on the first two groups is not affect significantly. In addition, volunteers who followed the rules "twice a week" 40% decrease in the levels of leptin, a hormone associated with breast cancer. The study authors recommend eating vegetables and fruit for two days.
